I highly recommend Ashlee as a realtor!! She helped me get my house I’m renting now back in 2019. It was a lot of time and work for Ashlee because I’m self employed and at the time my credit was barely average. But thanks to her hard work and great communication I was able to rent the house I wanted. Ashlee Morris was wonderful! She sold our home quickly and for top dollar! She gave great advice regarding the price point to list, and she went above and beyond in staging! The house looked like it was out of a magazine! She also recommended contractors for paint and repair work (that needed to be done) so we would get top dollar. The work was reasonably price and professionally done. Then, our AC went out right before the house went on the market, and she assisted in getting multiple quotes to replace it for the best price. We ended up with a bidding war within a few days of going on the market and sold above asking price. Ashlee was also very helpful in walking us through the closing process. I highly recommend Ashlee Morris if you are looking for a realtor!

Ashlee helped me purchase my home in 2019, she listened to everything I asked for, never pushed anything extra on me, always made me feel comfortable, and that's when I knew I would always use Ashlee to sell or purchase, she still assists with any questions after purchasing my home over 3 years ago!
