I got my license and began my career after graduating from Champions School of Real Estate, a decade ago, however my business started as a young girl. My mother was a top agent in the 1980’s I traveled to showings and inspections with her and began learning the ropes, from her at a very young age.
Eight years after getting my license and establishing my business a dear family friend, Martha, met me at Panera Bread. She gave me Xerox copies of her devotional from 1995 in which she had described her wearisome time looking for a home in the subdivision I grew up in. She had documented how I arranged a showing for her on a new listing at the age of 10! She lives in that dream home to this day, more than 20 years later!

Ashlee Morris was wonderful! She sold our home quickly and for top dollar! She gave great advice regarding the price point to list, and she went above and beyond in staging! The … More house looked like it was out of a magazine! She also recommended contractors for paint and repair work (that needed to be done) so we would get top dollar. The work was reasonably price and professionally done. Then, our AC went out right before the house went on the market, and she assisted in getting multiple quotes to replace it for the best price. We ended up with a bidding war within a few days of going on the market and sold above asking price. Ashlee was also very helpful in walking us through the closing process.
